◆ How to reserve a table

​①Please choose one of the options: "Up to 2 people / 90min", "Up to 2 people / 60min", "Up to 4 people / 90min", or "Up to 4 people / 60min” from [Menu], according to the number of guests and preferred time of visit.

②Select the preferred date and time frame from the calendar. 

③Check the reservation details in [Reservation].

④Enter the guest details.

* Please specify the number of guests in the remarks column. 

⑤Complete the reservation by clicking [Confirm].

⑥You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.


◆ Reservation notice

・Seats are available for 60 or 90 minutes. Please select the preferred reservation frame.

・When visiting with 3 or more people, please make a reservation for "Up to 4 people/90min" or "Up to 4 people/60min".

・ When entering your name, please specify the number of guests in the “First name" column. (Example: Hanako Yamada 2)

・Reservations can be made up to 14 days before the visit, and up to one day before the visit.

・Reservations can be canceled up to 2 days in advance. Please proceed with canceling by yourself:

① Access the [Reservation Details] URL in the e-mail sent to you at the time of reservation.

② Enter [reservation number] and [authentication key] and proceed to the page.

③ Cancel the reservation.

・We cannot accept changes or cancellations the day before or the day of the reservation.

・If you cancel without notice, we will refuse future reservations and visits.

・Please note that the desired product may be sold out at the time of your visit.

・Please note that you cannot choose the table at the time of the reservation.

◆ Guest notice

・We will call you 15 minutes before the end time.

・Please come to the store at your reservation time.

・If you do not show up 10 minutes after your reservation time, we will cancel your reservation.

・Please note that the end time cannot be extended if you are late.

・Please order at least one drink per guest.

・We cannot charge each guest individually. You will be charged per table.

・We will ask you to leave the store if we decide that your behavior could disturb other guests.

・You can take photos and videos, but please be considerate of other guests.

・Please refrain from bringing pets.

・All seats are non-smoking.

◆About the product 

・We cannot make reservations for the products.

・Please note that the desired product may be sold out at the time of your visit.


◆About the payment

・Cash, credit cards, prepaid IC cards, and electronic money can be used for payment.

・Payment in installments by credit card is not possible.

・Cannot be used in combination with cash.

・We cannot charge each guest individually. You will be charged for each table.
